Ticket Office Assistant

The Spokane Symphony Seeks A Friendly Face!

Do you have what it takes to help make beautiful music? The Symphony seeks a friendly and knowledgeable team member to serve the critical role of first contact for our ticket buyers and patrons. This is a part-time position working 20 hours per week with as many as 35 hours during peak times including evening and weekend performances.

This person will assist the Symphony Ticket Office Manager and the Fox Box Office Manager with ticket sales and clerical duties. The ideal candidate will be flexible, dependable and detail-oriented with basic computer and customer service skills. We need someone who learns quickly, is patient, articulate, friendly, and professional. Excellent people, telephone and organizational skills are a must, along with an appreciation for the arts and music. Ticket sales experience is desirable. Are you someone with personal integrity, the ability to manage multiple taskes at the same time, and a great team spirit?
