

At the Concert
Audio Aids: Infrared listening devices for people with hearing impairment are available at the Opera House office at no charge. A driver's license or credit card is requested and will be held until the equipment is returned.
Gift certificates: Gift certificates are available in any dollar amount through the Spokane Symphony Ticket Office. Call 509.624.1200 for more information.
Lost and Found: Lost articles may be claimed in the Opera House office after the concert or by calling 353-6500 during regular working hours. For the Met, call 455-6500 and for Schuler Auditorium, call (208) 769-7780.
Program Recycling Program: Please feel free to take home a program, but if you have extras, please remember to recycle them on your way out the door in our designated bins.
Public Telephones: At the Opera House, telephones are located in the Main Lobby near the stairs. At the Met, the telephone is at the south end of the Lobby. At Schuler Auditorium, the telephone is located by the box office.
Refreshments: For the enjoyment of our patrons, food and drink are available in the lobby prior to concerts and during intermission at the Opera House, the Met, and Schuler Auditorium.
Restrooms: Restrooms in the Opera House are located on each lobby level near the steps. Restrooms in the Met are also located on each lobby level. Restrooms in Schuler Auditorium are located to the right of the ticket office.
Smoke-Free Policy: Smoking is not permitted at the Opera House, the Met, or Schuler Auditorium.
Special Assistance: All programs of the Spokane Symphony are accessible to people with disabilities. Persons needing assistance are requested to phone the Ticket Office at 624-1000 for advance arrangements.
Traffic Alert: Simultaneous events are often scheduled for the Opera House, Convention Center, and Ag Trade Center. Please allow yourself adequate travel and parking time.
