Wylie Gustafson, an American Original, is returning to perform with the Spokane Symphony. For the past 25 years, Wylie and his band, The Wild West, have performed their one-of-a-kind blend of cowboy, swing, folk and yodeling music worldwide. Critics have called the gifted singer, songwriter, rancher, horseman, and the world-famous Yahoo! yodeler “one of the few authentic voices of the West.”
As one music writer sums it up: "Forget everything you hate about modern country, this guy is all old school cool without being a tired period piece." Since 1989, the Wylie and the Wild West has become internationally known for their captivating presentation of original and traditional music of America and its colorful West.
