POPS 1: Classical Myster Tour

Imagine The Beatles in concert with a symphony orchestra—the brass of “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band,” the lush strings of “Yesterday” and “Penny Lane” with a live trumpet section! Classical Mystery Tour is the best of The Beatles—from their early music on through the solo years. This show will have you singing all your favorite Beatles hits!


 

Pops 2: John Williams 90th Birthday Celebration

The music of John Williams has transported us beyond our imagination. To new worlds. Through heart-pounding adventures. The Spokane Symphony brings your favorite John Williams scores to life to celebrate his 90th birthday. Join us as we celebrate this significant milestone with music from his most popular movie soundtracks, including Jaws, E.T., Superman, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Jurassic Park, Harry Potter, and Star Wars, which the American Film Institute named the greatest film score of all time.


 

POPS 3: HOLIDAY POPS

Holiday music fills Martin Woldson Theater at The Fox when the Spokane Symphony presents their traditional Holiday Pops concert. The Spokane Symphony Chorale and the Spokane Area Youth Choirs perform, plus an audience carol singalong and a visit from dear old Santa Claus. Make holiday memories with family and friends at this festive celebration of the most wonderful time of the year.


 

Pops 4: Holiday Pops

The stage at The Fox comes alive with music and magic when Cirque Musica’s amazing aerialists and acrobats create a fun-filled show for the entire family, performed to some of the greatest classical music of all time. Enjoy the Spokane Symphony while some of the world’s best circus talent perform thrilling feats to the music, on and above the stage with strength, grace and humor. This jaw-dropping fusion of two arts will wow you!


 

POPS 5: Jurassic Park in Concert

April 29, 2023 at 7:30pm

Morihiko Nakahara, conductor Experience the magic of Jurassic Park, projected in HD on the giant 20’ x 40’ screen at The Fox, with a riveting live performance of John Williams’ iconic score by the Spokane Symphony. Steven Spielberg’s blockbuster features visually stunning imagery and groundbreaking special effects. It’s an action-packed adventure that pits people against prehistoric predators in the ultimate battle for survival. Jurassic Park, with the orchestra playing the score live to the screen, is guaranteed to be one of your most memorable movies ever.
